□ 사업추진 내용
◦교과과정 : 수준별 양성을 위하여 초급, 중급, 고급 및 전문 단계로 구분하고 타 분야 융합을 위한 연계/융합전공을 포함한 11 종류 교과과정 운영
◦교과목 신설 : 산업체 요구 분석을 반영한 PBL 기반 강좌를 1단계에는 매년 18개씩 신설하고, 이중 45개 강좌를 K-MOOC로 개설함. 성과 평가를 기반으로 2단계에서 추가로 강좌 및 K-MOOC 신설 계획.
◦학사제도 개선 : 대학간 자원 공유 및 효율적인 학사관리를 위한 유연학사제도는 현행 49건에 6년간 43건을 추가하여 총 92건 운영 계획,
◦교원 참여 지원 : 사업단장은 대학내 교무위원으로, 사업참여 교원에게는 책임시수 감면, 성과연봉, 업적 평가 반영등 지원 계획.
◦학생 참여 지원 : 100여개의 협약 기업과의 취업 연계, 대학간 진학 연계, 학부생 인턴, 장학금 지급 등 참여 유인 방안 마련.
◦사업 성과 공유 : 교과과정을 공동 활용 대학으로 확산하고, KMOOC를 활용 일반 국민 대상 교육을 추진하고, 협약 기업 대상 재직자 교육 실행.
